in 1971 and now specialises in employment law for both employees
and businesses, and in services to the commercial community.
He advises on company and business sales and acquisitions
and in the sales and purchases of commercial property and
leases. He also deals with litigious commercial matters on
behalf of his commercial clients. |

Anthony
Wright LLB, STEP, Solicitor and Notary Public

Tony Wright qualified as a
solicitor in 1976. He has broad experience in both commercial
and residential property, and Wills, trust, probate and inheritance
tax planning. He became the High Peak's only Notary Public
in 1989, since when he has offered notarial services to the
local commercial and residential community. Having acted for
major local builders, he has a broad experience of housing
development acquisitions and subsequent retail sales of houses.
He is a member of the prestigious Society of Trust and Estate
Practitioners and a member of the Law Society's Probate Section,
and advises on inheritance tax planning through Wills as well
as trusts and probate work (winding up the affairs of deceased
clients). |

Paul
Bunting Solicitor

Paul Bunting was appointed
a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1999 specialising
in divorce and its associated problems - children and property
settlements. Paul is a Law Society Accredited Family Law Specialist
and a member of 'Resolution', the leading organisation for
Family Lawyers. Paul joined Aspinall Wright in 2000. However,
Paul's background is also in general litigation, especially
in accident claims and he is a member of the Association of
Personal Injury Lawyers. His general experience is of benefit
to both our private and business clients. Paul qualified as
a Solicitor in Autumn 2008 and is a partner in the firm with
responsibility for all litigation. |

Debra Kelly Solicitor

Debra Kelly’s legal career started locally. She was appointed a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives specialising in property transactions. After spells at Manchester City Council and Britannia Building Society (where she headed up a conveyancing team) she moved to commercial property work in Manchester. While there she qualified as a solicitor. Since moving to run Harrison Townend’s Glossop office in 1999 she has dealt with residential and commercial conveyancing and leases and with Wills and Probate. She is well known locally, as being locally born and bred, she should be! |

Kirkham

Julie Kirkham has been associated
with Aspinall Wright for many years. Julie has a wide practice
dealing with residential conveyancing, both sales and purchases,
and remortgages. She is well known in the local community.
She assists Tony Wright in connection with residential developments. |

Crawford Solicitor

Rebecca graduated as
a Solicitor in 2008. She specialises in divorce and children
and property settlements, but has a wide practice dealing
also with conveyancing and wills and probate. |

Leanne Addley

Leanne is also a local lass. She deals with elderly client matters. In particular she advises on the creation and administration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and on Court of Protection applications (for clients unable to administer their own affairs). She is gaining experience in the preparation of Wills and assists Julie Kirkham in residential conveyancing. |
